This credit, as far as I can see, gets applied even if you don't buy anything!
All that is required is a name and email address. Just make sure you untick the option for signing up to the newsletter and you won't get anything from them apart from the initial 'thanks for signing up' email.
Just click the blue referral code link in my signature, enter a name (real or not is up to you) and email address and job done!
Aside from the competition, they are actually a really good company and worth checking out if you ever buy fitness/diet supplements. Decent quality products and cheaper than people like MyProtein who I used to use.
