Can anyone help. i am running a bypass pipe and i need a T piece for it. i wont be running the normal bypass pipe but the T piece is still same i believe. the pipes are 2.5 inch and the bypass from the mini i believe is 38mm but i cant seem to find one. what has others done?

this is for the bypass on lexus is 200 supercharger.

in a normal is200 supercharged there is a bypass valve and pipe. and the pipe goes into a Tpiece underthe charger i need a t piece like that.

Ah right, can you not just get a pipe welded onto the outlet piping between the charger and intercooler? Probably your best bet.

i was wondering what others have done. either silicon and where from. last resort i will get a piece made up but i thought there is a exact piece i could buy out there.

Other have used blow off valves or other homemade parts.

You could get a 63mm (2.5inch) silicone t piece with a standard 25mm spout, then just reduce the 38mm bypass outlet to 25mm with silcone reducers between

i have blow off valve too but have been told i need bypass too. i will be using a vacuum operated bypass. will reducing it to 25mm be ok with the air being squashed at that end.

There are also silicone t hoses on ebay with bigger spout diameters. For example 30. But they are harder to find then with 25 mm spout.
