Newbie with a Nissan
Recently acquired a 1996 Nissan Almera GTi after my previous car (a 1.5 Mk2 Almera) had a gearbox failure and terminal chassis rust. My old car was my first after getting my licence in 2012, and although was fine for me at the time, it came to be a bit dull and unfulfilling to drive.
This one isn't.

It had a couple of modifications when I bought it, most noticeably a stainless exhaust system and cone air filter. Other than that it's pretty much standard. I have some plans for it, top of the list being coilovers, as the ride hight (especially on the front) is ridiculous.
Found this forum online and thought it looked like a good place to sign up to! I'm already a member of the Almera Owners Club (albeit under a different username) and I recognised "FOSSIL FUELS" from the forum. Also met him a couple of times at Japfest last year, and AOC meets. I plan to be at Japfest again this year, so I might meet a few more of you OJC members there!

Welcome aboard there are plenty of us about and going to lots of shows mate why not look at the events section and join us at a few shows
