I thought I would put some pictures of my ice project

I have already put a Touchscreen powered by a broken laptop in where the old sat nav used to be, and now working on a boot build, using 2x12's but i am trying to maximize the boot usage space making the subs easy to remove and in the sides so there out of the way.

Only draw back is that the boxes are a little on the small size so wont be as loud as they could be.

Decided to try one of these new "shallow" head units, its uses memory sticks etc instead of a cd rom Makes installing it alot easier

My brother is designing some custom software to run as a satnav along with a media player along with browser etc all operated by touch screen or a wirless keyboard in the glove box.

I have to make some sort of surround up for the screen also to tidy it up, i am a little stuck with this at the moment, trying to look for somethign to cut up or fibreglass in maybe...

I wanted to make a sub box that would leave most of the boot available and also be easily removed.

Will be covered in some black material, and im getting all new boot lining as my one has been through the wars.

Handy tip... My genesis 4 channel broke, 3 of the resisters had died, managed to source new ones and replace the lot for about 50p, easy to do Big Grin
