7 weeks left till we wills start rocking up to Wicksteed park for JAE 2014!

if you can put discussions and requests in this thread to help everyone find it!

For recap:

Event: JAE 2014 - Thurs 4th - Sun 7th September 2014

JAE is a static show, so basically park up on the stand (we will have a planned layout); pitch your tent and relax for the whole weekend. Help the club win awards in the various events from Show and shine to Dragon boat racing! please see the IKO thread here if your interested:

http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/sho...hp?t=14110

Location: Wicksteed park, Barton Rd, Kettering, Northamptonshire NN15 6NJ

Tickets: Available from the club shop;
£45 - Thursday - Sunday - http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/car...oductid=38
£40 Friday - Sunday - http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/car...oductid=39

These tickets do cost more than directly from JAE themselves. This covers various items:
Position on the club stand including camping,
The facilities the club provides, including Marquee, cooking tent, Generator, fuel,
The lighting and music equipment we bring

Food deal: we have provided a food deal again! the costs cover the food, BBQ, gas, condiments, etc.

The deal is now Live and comes in at £21 including paypal fees for the whole weekend!

Link to the thread here:
http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/sho...hp?t=14270

And the shop direct here:
http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/car...oductid=47

PLEASE BUY YOUR TICKETS EARLY TO HELP ADMIN TO ARRANGE THE FOOD DEAL AND THE STAND LAYOUT!

So if all goes to plan, buy your ticket, put a tent, car cleaning products and some drink in your car, arrive to JAE, and have a great time with the outlaws!

i believe they have done some work to them actually, maybe not smaller but better quality run ups.

they have also laid a proper road along the top as you enter the JAE area instead of that pot holed one that was there previously.

Wicksteed park have redone the road in so no more badly potholed road they were also looking at gravel either side of the speed bumps to reduce the effect.

There will be a minutes silence directly before the fireworks at jae. Ojc will be respecting this and will ask all members to as well.

Post the fireworks we will also join in with the 'flashing of hazard lights' that happens. However jae staff have asked for no horn honking or engine revving as this caused problems with the locals and we don't want to cause issues with a great venue who have supported the show and improved it's facilities over the last few years.
