Thanks for the replays guys, iv checked at the dealers already and yes they are available....... At the stunning price of £373 but they are on back order as well.
Worth more than the car lol.

thanks for looking sparkystav, there was a guy on eBay that broke loads of mk3's but he didn't have a clue what the 1g was he kept saying "they didn't do a 1g do u team 1j'' so i didn't really get anywhere with him,
