you that manager i had who cocked up my holidays which stopped me attending JAE, well his manager got me onto a new team and new manager cause i kicked off
well we all get free home emergency policies, and my ex manager had put a claim through for a blocked bath, we sent an engineer out who said the waste pipe was a flexi pipe and its incorrect installation
another manager told him this and he called the engineer a lyer and wanted us to send another out for a second opinion, which the manager in the call centre authorised, this was on thursday night,
well i got the job on friday morning, and i rang him and told him to basically to get lost, that we would not pay for a second opinion and he needs to get his own engineer out and send us a report, and told him he should know better, and guess what he put the phone down on me !
cant wait to bump into him on sunday, got my revenge !!!!
