Most garages will tell you to replace the Fly Wheel. 9 times out of 10 though you can re-skim it IF its not a stupid dual mass one.
Yeah check if the flywheel is dual-mass or just a solid one, as 2tongues says. If it's solid I can't imagine it'll need replacing, just fixing surely.
Edit - ok, a quick Google makes it looks like it's a dual-mass flywheel
Quote:The DMF is made by Luk and they provide garages with very clear details on how to measure a given DMF for wear, if the DMF failed on those measurements then yes change it otherwise it is not required.
Further Googling produced the following :

well just had the RAC out yep the clutch is slipping he doesnt think the flywheel has gone he would be suprised but only a grage can confirm i been towed away lol
so get it in to the garage 2moz might have it back by the end of the week if im lucky but im not so who knows lol
Reading that thread that I linked to, it looks like although you can get the clutch replaced, there's a question about whether you'll have clutch judder, depending on how the flywheel is. Fingers crossed that it's just a clutch replacement job though.
