Right I'm looking into retro fitting projectors. But any reputable companies/brands I should be buying over eBay?

I'm looking at 3inch, just because, and I've found some that seem quality called FX-R but are they any good?

Finally I'm after Bi-Xenon due to my headlight cold air feed setup.

This lot know their stuff, get in touch with them about what you need and they will give you a fairly comprehensive list of options. I had a brief chat with them when I was thinking about projectors for the 300.

I've used the cheap Ebay ones on three cars and I couldn't be happier with them. The cutoff is even sharper than the factory xenon projector lights on my IS 250.

I believe most "proper" projectors from TRS require permanent modifications of your headlights and are a bit more difficult to fit (plus more expensive), but they might be even better.

Sure mate. I didn't buy mine from this particular seller, but these are the ones I've used every time:

Chrome shrouds: http://www.ebay.com/itm/252055524074

Black shrouds: http://www.ebay.com/itm/262004798872

There are also complete kits with xenon bulbs and ballasts included, but I'd stay away from those. There is nothing wrong with the projectors, but the cheap ballasts and bulbs are horrible. Just get an H1 HID kit from your favorite store instead.

You can also get shrouds with LED halos, but they just look cheap in my opinion.

These are the parts each projector consists of:
