Hi Guys,

On the MOT I was told my front bushes by the next MOT will be dead,

So I was looking into polybush kits,

Just a quick question if anyone else has done this? and where did they get them from? And if there is a point in doing them in the first place and just use standard ones?

Many Thanks Smile

I've spoken to a few people with poly bush's and say there is a big improvement and hardly make any difference to ride comfort.

I had the opposite experience, wouldn't bother with them again. Not a massive improvement in any sense and the squeaking was the most annoying thing in the world. They also seem to wear out more quickly than rubber ones as I had noticeable wear on mine at the front after about 20k. My is200 was incredibly stiff and I drove it within an inch of its life though.

I'd be more inclined to try and track down a set of rubber TRD bushes or shell out for Lexus to replace them all with OEM ones. I'm convinced that the difference people feel in handling is simply going from old bushes to new ones, rather than any benefit of being a polybush.

I definitely wouldn't want them on a road car again.
