tbh mate I've only done a few bits and it's a right PITA... I have an excellant specialist who looks after it... I can do the basics but this engine requires something of a gentle touch... tis a little highly strung! Still, hoping i'll be into the 500s when I get a dodgy injector replaced!
Glad you like the car!! Big Grin

Lovely motor Paul, still think the 300zx has one of the best looking engines in a car, makes my RB25 look a little on the small side:crying:?

Good to have another Nissan owner on board too :thumbup1:

I like that a lot :thumbup1:

That engine bay does look very tight, though as Bandit said the engine does look very nice in there too.

I like the fact that you haven't spoilt the clean lines of the car with a silly body kit.

So what sort of power is it putting out now, you say you're hoping it'll be in the 500s ? Confusedhock:

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

I have to agree with you Steve that it good to mod a car and keep the car looking as normal as possible.
Strickers car is one of those fine examples.:thumbup1:

Thanks for the comments guys, I have to say I love the stock look, would of kept the stock wheels but there's no way they'ed of put the power down...

I've got a dyno graph to prove 409 bhp but that was before a mapping session... and a few other bit so we're estimating 450 bhp at the moment... the aim is for 500 fwhp and I'm hoping to get that in the next 6 months... first thing is to change out the dodgy injector then dual pop intake... hopefully this will see the power to a point that is useable and not to over the top!!!

The engine does look good but unless you have the hands of a small child it's virtually impossible to work on, for instance to get the injector out you have to take the plenum off... to change the turbos is an engine out job!! I love the RB25 as it A) looks so clean B) looks easy to work on!

Anyhow thanks for the compliments and I'll keep you all posted as to how my search is going for more power!!!
