So what is your project going to be?
Be good to keep everyone up to date with photos as you make changes:thumbup1:

I want to make it into a good fast road/occational track day car.
I dont want anything totally silly bhpwise, i would like to get to 350 to 400 mark. I do want a really clean engine, i have a thing about really clean engine bays

Is there a build up thread section on the forum, some where you can start a thread and add pics and comments when you do more to your car.......... a sort of step by step progress thread??

Nice motor mate, and do like the graphics :thumbup1:

Look better on the silver than they do on the blue ones you see about Big Grin

Look forward to the progress of your project

Thanks for the comments guys! I appricate all of them!!

regards the engine, there is someone fairly local to me from the scoobynet web site, he has quoted my £40 to do it. He has also sent me some pics of his work and it looks like he does an amazing job!

However i am considereding doing it myself, i am just trying to weigh it up. Either get it done myself n save some cash and get the saticfaction of doing it myself, OR pay someone to do it this time, get a fantastic job and just keep on top of it!!

Me I would get my wallet out, but thats because I am fairly lazy - I did wash and polish my car for JAE but not since.

Think if you can get the engine steam cleaned or jet washed for around £40 i'd do that, then when you've got rid of most the dirt then start with detailing it yourself?
Once its clean it should be pretty easy to keep on top of it Big Grin

I like to see a nice clean engine bay on any car, mine could do with doing again as its looking a bit dirty at the moment
