ive found a new game to playConfusedcared:

how long can you drive after the fuel light comes on before your to scared of breaking down that you have to put fuel in,

ive been playing this game since monday and have done 52 miles since my light came on,the car started chugging around a few corners yesterday on 46 miles and was ok again so i carried on this morning on the way to work until i went up a smallish hill and it chugged again,as i was 0.5 miles away from a bp station i filled up,i couldnt take it anymore plus i wanted to see how much was left in the 70 litre tank:eek:

all in all i managed to get 408.4 miles to my tank

Think the most i put in mine was around the 67ltr mark, when i was over Germany and that made my rear twitch Confusedcared:

So working it out you got about 26.6mpg and cost 18.44 pence per mile, and to do 12000 miles it would cost you £2,212.80 at £107.9ltr Big Grin
