Have they simply forgotten to fit the traffic receiver, or is there something I need to do to activate it? I'm guessing the former, as otherwise the job was immaculately done so if they had fitted it I'm sure they would have made sure it was all working.

I think Redz might know the answer to this, but I'll open it up to the floor anyway - just had a Kenwood flip out satnav fitted into my sister's Mini, and I can't get the traffic up and running on it, it says no reception, and on another screen it says "please connect traffic receiver"

Have just looked at the invoice actually, and it's not on there so I've got a bad feeling that they haven't fitted it. I hope they're not now going to say that it wasn't part of the deal because it was.........

Sorry if I wasn't clear, the satnav is working fine, it's the traffic reception (to warn of jams) that isn't working.
