Lexus IS200 Carbon cold air intake, used usually the the Supercharger induction kit but could maybe be used with a modified induction kit?

Still has quite a few bits of red paint in the carbon but still usable? Was going to sand it down and see if i could get rid of the red, but dont want to damage it:ohmy:

Marsdendean What are the feed kits for? I would offer you money on the carbon kit, but just cant afford it
The feed kits are there to help you route nice cold outside air to your induction kit. If you have an induction kit then you'll have an air filter exposed under your bonnet somewhere, and ideally you want that to have a good supply of outside air to suck in. Some people have used a kit like this to take air from either one of the mesh grilles or from the bumper itself (cutting a hole), sending it to the induction.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Bandit Still has quite a few bits of red paint in the carbon but still usable? Was going to sand it down and see if i could get rid of the red, but dont want to damage it:ohmy:

Would it work if you sprayed it black all over, then sanded it down again ? So hopefully those little red bits would go black and not be noticeable once it was all sanded down and shiny again ?

Not necessarily suggesting you do this yourself Chris, but perhaps someone could buy it and try that ?
