although I know the police can't get too involved in cases like this, they just make sure all details are swopped and cars are insured etc. I had a similar incident where some lippy 17 purposely did a emergency stop and swerved between 2 lanes to make me drive into him get out and give me a load of abuse and i quote in a sarcastic manner "have you been drinking mate?"
