Bought an SE+ 2.0 16V model in 2004, with 23k on it, cream heated leather, basically everything but sat nav, when I got it, it looked like this;

Full on OAP spec, but a good base to build on!

Countless mods later and it looks like this...

CAI!

4 branch hotshot header with stainless all through to the remus oblong backbox

Braceage!

The ass!

[Image: 4471_198553835121_732495121_6967029_2568286_n.jpg]

Before the CAI and precat removal/header

Got a full on SQ audio setup in her too, as well as an imported 3 leg spoiler as well as a nice Cupra R splitter and recaro half leather seats and GTLE door cards plus LOTS more I forgot!

Looks good !

Induction looks nicely routed away from the hot stuff.

What causes that weird power dip at around 3500rpm, is that normal for the SR20 ?

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

The torque dip is a trait of the N/A SR20, it's cured by a turbo, strangely

I'm not sure what the next mods are, just fitted a nice new headunit lol, I've had her so long now I really want a change, so it's kind of a care and maintenance thing at the moment Smile

Interesting base for a project.

A real sleeper motor if you slip a turbo under the bonnet:w00t:

"Life's goal is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body. But, rather to skid in sideways........
totally worn out and broken, shouting 'Holy ****, WHAT A RIDE!'"
