This all started after hearing some strange sounds when driving slowly around the city - I would hear a grating sound, I thought it might be the Kompressor so after a bit of investigation I found that the bolts for the Kompressor drive were missing so the modified magnetic clutch plate drive was not driving which means no boost pressure... After a closer look I saw the drive bolts on the Kompressor pulley had sheared and I also found that the pulley bearing had some play so I decided to strip and replace all the bearings I could in the Kompressor

some photos for you....

Photo's removed by owners request, if anyone wonting to look at these photo's please send Rob a pm .... Gord

the rear bearings are easy to get there is a guy on US ebay drassolic or something like that is his user name.

FORGET the front bearings as they are a really odd sie and the seals are even stranger.

The main bearing took a bit of finding but i found alternatives and its used in aircon pulley clutches, but they can be found easier now than before..

EDIT: Dimis beat me to it.
