Was browsing the Infiniti site as the G37 looks like an interesting prospect but was surprised to see that they've priced it at £40k! Even more ludicrous pricing than the IS250C - at least Lexus have established themselves as a luxury brand in the UK and can sort of demand higher prices but it's a brave strategy for Infiniti.

Ok on spec it's cheaper than a 330i, but for an unknown brand it's an odd move to think they can jump right in on pricing - only reason I can think of is maybe they're trying to slot it in between the 370Z and GT-R but I think these things are going to depreciate really badly.........

But that could be good news if it's actually a good car

The Brand Infiniti has been around for a few years now but not in the Uk Market.

They are a nice motor as well.
I for one look forward to seeing more of this car in the UK

Yep know they've been around for the while, I had an M45 (I think) as a rental in the US a while back and it was ok, and also been in the massive 4x4 (forget what that's called) - problem for me was that they both still felt quite nissan, they haven't really done what Lexus did which was to copy the europeans slightly to give the car a more quality feel.

They are nice cars, but it's a very ambitious price tag - however if they drop to £30k within a year (which I suspect they will) I'd be interested Smile
