Hi guys
Right to start off I bought my blackberry 4 weeks ago, with 20 pounds credit, it arrived the wednesday, and I thought ah nice new phone. Where's my 20 pound credit? Rung them and asked, they said ten days sir, I thought, long time but I can wait, ten days was up. Still no credit, yes sir 24 hours and your credit will be here. 24 hours up an nothing. - then got my credit 3 days later. I thought ahhh cool, 20 pound credit 600 texts. Hey where's my texts? Back on the phone. This was 2 weeks ago. And still to this day I keep getting: ok sir I will send an email to the billing department and they will give you your texts. 24-48 hours. Nothing yet. Last ring was saturday. Yes sir 24-48 hours. And still nothing.
Guys I'm devistated. I feel like suing them for not legally keeping their side of the contract really.
Just shows really bad customer service. Considering a full refund and going back to o2 to be honest.
Anyone ever had same experience?
Call them up, and instead of the agents, immediately ask for their supervisor. Then ask them what compensation they'll offer for the travesty of customer service.
Then tell them you'd accept their offer + 10%...
I've had bunch of arguments with their contract mob and I've quite often done well out of them.
If you threaten to send it back and cancel I bet they will sort it out alot quicker. Have you bought the phone outright or taken out a contract?
I've never been with Orange, always O2 but have recently moved to Virgin and they're ok.
Yep as ER said, not sure how it works with PAYG but need to speak to the equivalent of cancellations when you're on contract and I'm sure they'll get it sorted right there.
Dark Samurai Guys I'm devastated. I feel like suing them for not legally keeping their side of the contract really.
