Off to wim on sat 22 to have the car looked at 10.00 if anyone wants to come down and say hi ?

Things done :- SPC turbo kit (custom), Blueflame cat back with custom tip, B&M shortshift, grooved discs all round, Mintex pads all round, OEM wheels in white,Denso ik22s, Calipers painted black,04 spec rear lights, Tein basic coilovers, Helix organic clutch, Fan washer jets, late spec headlights (dark), Carbon bonnet, Hotchkis anti roll bars, Front arm rest, Top box from late spec.

Ull have to let us all know how much differend it feels as im goin to the bolton branch iv lowered mine

i contacted tony and he said that WIM are nationwide now and Nigel Langs garage in bolton has the Hunter wheel allignment eqipment, im just waiting to hear back off him to let me know if they do exactly the same settings as tony does at WIM

Hmm first time iv heard that off the people who have had theres lowered, is this the case everytime?

how much were the all joints?

You'll be fine with TTE springs mate. It's if you go much lower than those, then you'll start running into problems where you'll really need the aftermarket adjusters.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

You'll be fine with TTE springs mate. It's if you go much lower than those, then you'll start running into problems where you'll really need the aftermarket adjusters.

and me i was told i've run out of adjustment as well my left rear camber is at -2.30' and right is at -2.37' the target is -0.55' and +/-0.30' so quite a way out really

height of the car plays big part! the higher it is the less pull on the car making it sit freely so theoretically more movement. now stiffen and lower the car and obviously it gets lower but also sucks the wheels in as if its being squashed so less adjustments.

what i mean is how can some people on TTE springs be geometrically set up fine, and others stil on TTE springs have ran out of settings they only lower the car by 30mm

Gord Might/could be down to the size of the wheels ?

yeah agree as an 18 inch wheel would have further to travel, ie the extra 1 or 2 degrees to get it to lets say an upright position than a 16 or 17 inch wheel
