Well almost !

Just adjust the Equalizer settings,

I reduced the 500hz, to minus 50

I reduced the 200hz, to minus 45

And its has highly reduced it, still messing with the settings to get it perfect !

Marsdendean How do i adjust it for a Logitech z5500, as i don't have those settings!

thats a speaker system which you wont have equaliser settings, are you not watching through tv, or are, but sound from speaker?

Marsdendean Nope, use sound system, as its THX certificated 5.1, which is quite a powerful sound system!

yh probally wont have its own equaliser settings, unless you got knobs on the main unit

Which is why the BBC and ITV haven't done anything about it.

2tongues Which is why the BBC and ITV haven't done anything about it.

i had no problems with commentators at all, all i had to do is to increase the overall volume of the TV. it was a peaceful match the other day, and will be doing it tonight in Englands match

Discovered I can do something similar with our Bose setup - it automatically puts the commentary through the centre speaker mainly and the buzzing tends to come from the sides and the surround speakers, turn the surround down and it became a whole lot more pleasant Smile
