Social Housing
Social Housing
Is it true that all new developements have to allot a percentage of land to the council for social housing?
just moved onto new estate, thats really lovely and full of nice courteous people
now they've started building 40 social housing houses just 200 yards away
i only rent but i feel so sorry for the people who spent a fortune on their houses and not only the property market doing **** but now this?
so out of order :Chair:
Yep thats true. Thank labour for giving us that. Its not politically correct for social classes to be split into seperate living areas, so every new development must contain a percentage for social
But you must understand, its what is best to make sure everyone feels equal.
Problem with all these bullsh1t laws brought in by labour, they will either get forgotten about, or we will have to wait an age for them to be removed or fixed for the better
Yep another great idea from labour. There either has to be social housing or some form of retail space (which is why a lot of new blocks of flats have shops underneath)
There's some exception for high end developments (not sure if that's the actual property or the area that dictates it) but it doesn't apply with really nice homes.
We bought a brand new flat in a large development a few years ago, was originally planned to be a rental but then decided to sell it on (at a great profit :biggrin because the social housing was already starting to look a bit off and it wasn't even fully occupied yet.
The thing that really pisses me off is the people who don't work, sit on the social and have filthy houses, filthy skin etc. Why is it that normal people can go to work all day and have clean neat houses, whereas some dole sitters are happy with living in their own filth.
rant over..... for now.
oh dear....ive started something........
i would imagine it will take a year or more for them to complete this, so safe for now
my misses jsut bought a £80k flat (£40k under list price), and quickly found out why.......10 of the 60 flats where alloted to social housing
full of non-working pikeys now who continously decided to hang around my car so when passers by see them they look cool next to a lexus,
i didnt mind this until one decided to perch himself on the bootlid
...............
wont be doing that again i can assure :Chair:
I am told that everyone who lives in social housing has to have a vuvuzela and practice at night every night................
