HKS Silent High Power center section ??
Now the question I have is can I get the center section to make it a full system again.The blueflame one has a different size back box so the center section is made just for it .

Well I used to have a full S/S exhaust, ( Blueflame ) but I sold it to Rabster and I changed mine to a HKS Silent High power .
Now the question I have is can I get the center section to make it a full system again.The blueflame one has a different size back box so the center section is made just for it .

closest ive found is the megan racing and obx downpipes on ebay but delivery is the same price as the item making it close on £200!! so going to have a look at getting a custom pipe knocked up and see how much cheaper it will be, i might try and use MIJ as they did me a good setup on my mondeo.

OK might just have to take the center section off when the car is garaged up in winter time and make one , would I just need the pipe and flanges or is there sensors aswell

01-06-2017, 09:03 AM #6you could make centre hole for the sensor if you wanted to continue using the o2 sensor or you could bypass the sensor by wiring in an oxygen simulater which is 4 wires costs about 10 or 20ish quids and that cancels the cel light on the dash

come on moley....cut the center box out and just weld in a bit of straight pipe will take you two mins...mesure the outer diameter find a bit of pipe slightly bigger cut out the center section slide on the pipe and weld job done...also no sensors near the centerbox...

but to be honest a full stainless center section will be no diff to the centerbox cut out and a pipe welded in correctly....if you look under the car you will find theirs no corrosion or hardly any on the center pipe..

remove the center section mesure from end to end make the pipe up then cut the flanges off the old one and weld them on...
but to be honest a full stainless center section will be no diff to the centerbox cut out and a pipe welded in correctly....if you look under the car you will find theirs no corrosion or hardly any on the center pipe..
