What we did today
In Europe they are pretty much unknown obviously, but in S. America the channel is very well known (like Top gear) and covers just about anything and everything car and motor sport related. So much so the Police don't worry that much when their caught hanging out of the passenger window with a Panasonic HD film camera............. You know where this is going:laugh:
So there's us driving along what we think is classed as a "private" dual carriageway
moke: with the film crew on the outside lane and us on the inside, getting some wicked shots of the car, slow, fast, cruising etc. I look in the rear view mirror and there's a Police car. Round our way you don't see one for ages and as soon as there is a camera man hanging out of the passenger window bang there is a darn police carhock: We pull over so both cars are driving on the slow lane and the police car went by, we got a slapped on the wrist sign from the driver but he was smiling!!!!! So very lucky this time:tongue_smilie:Saving grace was we were only doing 30MPH up to 50MPH because the camera car couldn't keep up with the MR2!! It was only a Polo oil burner hire car.
So with this done we all went to the tattoo studio to film Heather and PJ tattooing customers and a good interview with Heather about tattooing - this will be screened in S. America TV and web TV:thumbup1: So a busy morning and now we have a long fully booked day ahead - well Heather is fully booked I have a couple of hours left of freedom.

22-07-2017, 04:17 AM #1At the last Santa Pod meet we were filmed by "Garage.tv" but the wind made a mess of the short audio interview bit - so they asked if we could re-do the film but this time do a proper feature, a bit like a magazine shoot but to be screened on S. American TV and of course their Web based TV channel. Thing is they asked us last night:Chair: thanks for the notice guys - but where there is a will there is a way, so last night was car polishing night:p well it needed doing.
