It was originally factory fitted to a German 2002 IS200 which was imported to Sweden in 2004. The supercharger kit had run 70,000 miles when the car and the supercharger kit was sold seperately in 2009.
The complete kit was sold to a friend of mine for £1000. I helped him fit to his black IS and he used it for a summer before he sold the car. The new owner used the car until a month ago when he sold it.
The latest owner thought the was too slow with the supercharger and that's why he is now selling the supercharger kit

The kit is also a second generation kit which is a little bit easier to fit than the first gen. I think the kit in the ad comes with the TTE Silver box, but I'm not entirely sure.

26-08-2017, 09:46 AM #9well he's not doing a swap with my 1g gte engine as i have kept it and he took out his gearbox. so i guess it's still a guessing game. but maybe if you guys come over for the summer trip we all might get to see it
