Anyone member of a gym?
anyone a member of this? or a different gym?
Ive been a member of two previously, firstly i was at Virgin active but quit after i broke my leg playing footy (they actually asked me the reason for leaving :S)
then i was at kinetika gym (local council run) and whilst it was uber cheap at £23 a month, it was really small and not very socialised, and i hated how busy the area was because of all the other facilites,
really wanna loose some weight and bulk up a bit, but not sure if the premiums are worth it?

ive just downloaded a calorie counter onto my iphone and i dont eat that much if im honest, although it is usually ****
today ive consumed so far
738 calories
tonight ill burn 900 calories playing 60 minutes of full out footy
then have dinner which will be around 400 calories give or take
so intake for the day is
1100 calories
burnt is 900 with footy and probably 150 daily life
im confused now :S

I was a Personal Trainer and Dietary Consultant for 4 years so have a fair amount of background, LA Fitness are a pretty decent company and it was in one of their gyms where I got my qualifications in Stevenage.
As shahz and Phil have said drop me a pm if you like bud and we'll talk through some things
