We have already organised (or are in the process of organising) various equipment for the club stand at OJC, to help to try and make it fun.

We are sorting out things like a small marquee, a BBQ (and some tools for it), lighting and a sound system. However, there are still lots of bits and pieces that it is handy to have, so we'd like to ask the members if they can bring some of the following along.

For some of the items, it's handy to have more than one of them (e.g. chairs), so just because there's one name down already, you could still help out !

For the BBQ, please bring along your own food.

Also, if you think I've missed something important, then please say what you think needs adding to the list.

Thanks !

I have some small Camping Stoves, im bringing one for our tent but i will bring the other one also and make sure i have plenty of Gas for it. Its only a little one but it boils water pretty quick and is self lighting.

Think i may have a couple of spare camping chairs and if i can find them i will bring them also.

I have a few fold out Marquees but i won't be able to fit these in my car!

If i find anything else usefull then i will pack it up in the car!

For water i useually buy a couple of large bottles from a supermarket on the way, if needed i can grab a few more (5 litre bottles)

Yep, the lockout kit is for if and when someone accidentally locks themselves out of their car.

Glad you liked my chair example

Thanks for the offers, I'll add those to the list.

As for who cooks the food, who knows, I suspect that people may take it in turns. Don't assume someone else will cook your food, you never know they might eat it too !
