and couldn't help but notice they had an IS-F for £31k on the forecourt 
hock:Nothing really wrong with it at all, 08 reg, 29k miles, few bodywork blemishes and kerbed alloy but they said that would all be sorted out.
Got seriously tempted and did talk numbers (which weren't particularly appealing) for a bit but due to a number of reasons the timing isn't really right for me, plus having seen a blue one that's what I really want :Sulk:
But if this rate of depreciation continues these will be £25k in 6 months time which would make it an absolute bargain............

Was at my dealer this afternoon for an MOT (passed with no problems btw :thumbup and couldn't help but notice they had an IS-F for £31k on the forecourt hock:

todd Checking a couple of sites, projected value after 3 yrs is about the 23k mark.Wow if that happens that would be hefty depreciation, and definitely worth waiting an additional 6 months - 23k is silly money for an is-f :ohmy:

I know the IS-F rear bumper fits on a standard IS250, so technically a standard bumper should fit on an IS-F - so you could do that and just fit normal twin pipes on the rear
Marsdendean Lexus finance is NOT good at all. My dad looked at getting his GS-H on Lexus finance while one of his houses sold, and ended up giving back a 08 plate silver GS-SEL H because they screwed him over the finance.
Told him loads of things, and when the papers came throu it was absolute rubbish. I think they wanted something like £1100 early settlement if he paid it off within 6 months!!!!
Based on the numbers I was given the finance wasn't too bad, I think most will have those sorts of early settlement figures because they obviously won't be getting the interest they were expecting to (similar to mortgage early repayment charges).
Only thing was though that there was a stickered up IS250 F-Sport saying I could buy that for £299 a month so I asked as they're roughly the same cost why can't I have the IS-F for that :tongue_smilie:

Just fit the Tanabe system for the IS-F as it replaces the back boxes with two with single pipes that actually exit through the IS-F standard bumper.
IS 200 Sport with a few mods, Standardish IS-F. The IS250 SE-L with a few mods has gone to a new home.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Sounds like they were just making it up as they went along! I think it's normal for interest to be added at the beginning, and it isn't really an issue unless you settle early (in which case you get a bit screwed) - it's quite naughty of them not to tell you that beforehand though.
