How much BHP do silicon hoses add?

Hahha...i kid, i kid. I really want to know how difficult they are to install? Do all radiator and power steering fluids need draining? Is it best to use new fluids afterwards, or just re-use what has been drained? Anything else I should be aware of?
Was thinking about buying this kit and just wanted to know how much extra BHP I will get from it?

Marsdendean I know Bandit had problems with them on his Skyline, they were closing up too much and was costing him so much in fuel!
It depends on the quality of the hoses, if their cheap then yes they will contract, but if their good quality and a good ply then they are def an improvement as they wont flex in or out

Thats a good brand, but lets hope we can find some from somewhere else .
