The maf sensor is on the intake pipe its rectangle with rounded edges helf on by 2 screws
Once off you can look inside it and see some small electrical prongs, clean these with some electrical contact cleaner and get
A small cotton bud and gently brush off any remaining dirt, dry it off and reattach. That should solve the problem

That's an IS200, right ? In which case it has a MAP sensor, not a MAF sensor. It shouldn't need cleaning (unlike a MAF sensor).

It's located towards the throttle body, on the inlet side. Will try and find a better pic/diagram.

What was the code exactly ?

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Here's a diagram, it's the "vacuum sensor" in this one - http://bahamutcars.free.fr/workshop/IS_9...i_0060.pdf

(would edit, but I can't)

Have you got a secondary MAP sensor, e.g. add-on or integrated into an ECU ? Because the stock MAP sensor won't be able to handle your boost from the turbo.
