Was comparing things between the IS200 and my Skyline and never realised that the is200 was slightly heavier than the skyline?
Thought the skyline was going to be a lot heavier as to me it seems like a lot bigger car than my IS, but my skyline weighs in at 1370kg, and the IS200 at its minimum weighs 1385kg?
Must be all the electrics and mod cons and bigger fuel tank they have in the IS
Mines a bit confusing though as its a spec 1.5 as it has the spec 2 engine and a few other spec 2 parts but a spec 1 body:confused:
As i say i was bored
what size is the tank in the skyline? and fuel comsumption wise compared to the iS200?
The tank in mine from what i know is 60ltrs and the IS has a 70ltr tank? i'm getting around 25mpg with mixed driving and if i floor it all the time i could probably get it down to 15 so not much but its worth it
lol I bet it is
so whats happened to ur IS now anyway? have the insurance taken it of ur hands now? u still got the front skirt for sale?
Yeh my IS200 has been passed on to SPC and i've sold most of the bits off it now, hock:
The IS200 has a 70ltr tank as you have a 10ltr reserve from when the red light comes on neaky2:
Yh i use to fill my to the top, and one point the pointer was like well below E, and when i went and filled it to the top, i only got 66 litres into, which means still had 6 litres to go
sorry meant 4 litres left not 6, let me get the figures from an old post, i went into it in quite detail, so i got the facts right
Marsdendean ive never put more than £62 in mine. Al i got in mine was 59.02 L, and thats from the picture below
have they put smaller fuel tanks in the newer models, or has mine never really been that empty??
