I have got one of these knocking around, it came attached to a stereo I bought off eBay! It's for Toyotas (and presumably old Lexus models too) that don't have any stock amplifiers. It's 2 plugs, I think a 10 pin and a 6 pin off the top of my head. Looks like this:
