K.E.R.S. is back
F-Ducts are banned
107% qualifying rule is back
Pirelli is the tyre supplier
FIA will be tighter on overly-aggressive driving (i.e. Schumacher trying to put Barrichelo into the wall)
FIA stewards can give out larger fines
And a few technical things, there's now a team curfew, they've tightened up the aero regs, adjustable rear wings, gearboxes have to last longer.
Team orders are legal (but not allowed to bring the sport into disrepute by misleading the fans or lying to the officials)
K.E.R.S. is back
