You can't tell by turning the wheels either, you have to take the back end off to see what's inside.
The Altezza one will fit the IS200 BUT you have to change over the drive shafts also, as there are more bolts on the IS200 ones.

04-12-2017, 02:02 AM #4Your right, the outside of a LSD looks identical to the outside of a normal one. Only the Altezza RS200 has a different shell, that one has cast heat dissipation fins on the underside.

Lexuspat Could you not just find a sport being scraped and go remove it yourself then you would know for sure
not every Sport had them, you have to check the VIN plate

If you want to check to make sure you have an LSD you will need to look at your VIN plate under the bonnet.
If it ends in "B" then it's LSD. If it ends in "A" then you have an open diff.
It'll say something like A02B
