More specifically the Torch 9800

anybody had any experience?

Ive decided i cant be bothered with a fan-dangled iphone or android phone that gunna cost me £40+ a month for a whole array of features that i dont particularly care about

My main usage of a phone is

Email
Text
Web surfing
Sat nav
youtube
ebay
facebook

looking at the Torch its £35 a month on 3, 500 mins, 5000 texts and 1gb data

whats their app store like? new OS6 seems shiney, screen res aint brilliant probably on a par with my iphone 3g which does me fine atm

all ideas welcome Smile upgrade time end of march!!

Personally if you want a touch screen and are interested in apps, stick with the iPhone or android - android will definitely not cost you much, the desire should only be around £25 a month now.

But I have friends who swear by their blackberry's, so they're definitely good phones.

Hmmm may go play with one

out of all the phones i could have though this seems to of caught my eye the most

iphone 4 is to expensive and the 5 version will come later in the year

none of the android phones really make me go wow and the microsoft platform just seems to of faded after all the hypd

which leaves me with the blackberry angle or a painful wait for an iphone 5 which may be a big disappointed

I don't think WP7 has faded away, they're phones, what do you expect to happen? :tongue_smilie:

And I'd be very surprised if there's an iPhone 5 later this year given how long it was before iPhone 4 came out........

Alot of sources stateside including the ones with insider info say an iphone 5 is due in the second quarter as the iphone 4 was rushed, its essentially going to be an upgraded iphone 4

looking at all the reviews torch v iphone, torch v android it only looses out on screen res and HD video recording

everything else it either draws or wins

just been looking at the blackberry app market and i can get everything i already have for free

seems to be winning thus far
