E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake

Or the voltage rises as the rev needle does, and when it hits a certain point something starts the red leds instead of the blue ones

If I had to guess (and it IS a guess), I'd say maybe a switch that the rev needle passes that causes the current to light red LEDs instead of blue ones or something...
Or the voltage rises as the rev needle does, and when it hits a certain point something starts the red leds instead of the blue ones
