So I just treated myself to an ipod adapter for the jvc-kw-avx710 in my sportcross.
The ipod plugs in, and works fine i can select forward and backwards through the tracks, however when i go into the menu screen, i can scroll through the various options playlists, albumns, composers etc, but for the love of god I cannot figure out how to select the option i want. Its driving me potty...and with Abba as my first album and 60gb of music to scroll through, i need the option to select by album or composer or playlist. i'm about to go mad. Can anybody help me pleeeeeease... Help!!!!

I just felt a cold shudder run down my spine.

"Life's goal is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body. But, rather to skid in sideways........
totally worn out and broken, shouting 'Holy ****, WHAT A RIDE!'"

Moving on from the crucifiction of my music collection, does anyone know if I were to buy an amp whether I could splice into the oem speaker wiring loom to find the subwoofer cables for the sub in my boot. I'm thinking take the oem amp out (as it's bypassed) use it's power loom and start getting some bass back into my life.
