The start of a new era, just want to log my progress with assistance I will need along the way from you guys.
The cars name is Creepa and its a HE :tongue_smilie:

Bought in a mess so body work was top priority, these are a few body work shots

[IMG][Image: IMG-20110519-00051.jpg][/IMG]

Drivers door bought as the damage was too severe to repair
[IMG][Image: IMG-20110606-00152.jpg][/IMG]

Most panels have been worked on, not by me though!
[IMG][Image: IMG-20110606-00153.jpg][/IMG]

Because I knew the car wouldnt be on the road for a while I decided to start modifying some parts.
SMD Speedo lights
[Image: IMG-20110526-00105.jpg]
[IMG][Image: IMG-20110526-00106.jpg][/IMG]

The interior leather was cleaned using meguiars, doesnt smeel too strong but does make a difference to the leather, it feels slightly softer but im guessing that is because it was properly looked after before.
[IMG][Image: IMG-20110524-00098.jpg][/IMG]

Hope these pics work!
I will update more soon as this is a bit long winded to do all at once. And aslo will list future plans and current mods.
Not the greatest but Im proud so far.

My dad decided to start work on the black door while its still off road
[Image: IMG-20110607-00167.jpg]

Straight out of spray can, not a bad job at all, I know the colour wasnt mixed to perfection but that will be rectified in time

It is a lot of work indeed, im a bit fussy with bodywork as im sure many on here are, I cant wait to get it fully painted so I can get some wax on him.
I know what ive got myself into, and its biting me hard, im constantly on the net looking for things to add, arhh but i'm sticking with that list for now lol.
Thanks guys. And if anyone knows where I can get a good freeview box that works on the move can u point me in the right direction.

Well im into my audio so I am going to work on it a little, starting with a new headunit and some new 6x9's and tweeters a bit futher down the line. Not sure If im going for a sub because the oem 6x9's do punch a bit, so I can imagine uprated ones will sound even better on an amp..

Here was what my console looked like, very bare
[Image: IMG-20110508-00028.jpg]
As you can see I had already resprayed the console silver instead of black, and started on the gear knob and handbrake handle.

Another view of the handle and gear knob
[Image: IMG-20110505-00017.jpg]

Closer view of the console
[Image: IMG-20110520-00057.jpg]

Enter the screen, took a back sit pic to see how it looks. No surround as yet
[Image: IMG-20110527-00111.jpg]

And from anothe angle
[Image: IMG-20110522-00086.jpg]

I tried to make the surround whole by filling in the gaps and painting, but it didnt quite come off so I customised it with some fabric and sprayed it to try and get it close the the heater controls, looks decent now I think.

Here how it started
[Image: IMG-20110604-00141.jpg]

Cut some fabric around it
[Image: IMG-20110604-00143.jpg]

And the hard part, wrapping and trimming! took me ages to do but its worth it.

After a few coats of spray paint, I had a look to see how it was with the rest of the console
[Image: IMG-20110605-00148.jpg]

Few more coats of paint and the fitted it.

More to come...
