LED rear lights
LED rear lights
Started this the other night and the first one is just about finished.
Was apprehensive (bricking it) about splitting the lights so I took it very slow and steady.
The silicone sealant is just about set and in the morning I'll do the blower and vacuum test to ensure it is properly sealed.
I followed the instructions from hawk77ojc's (cheers cobber:thumbup1 post....

Apart from a slight blemish on the inside of the lens, the splitting, spraying, fitting of the LEDs and the reassembly have gone well.
It is wired to the battery for now. The outer ring will be wired to the rear light and the inner to the brake lights.
I'll take some more pics at various stages when I do the other one during the week.
Excuse the pics as they were taken on my Galaxy S (I know not the best camera on a mobile).
Interesting setup... Get some daytime shots as well though, and I wouldn't mind seeing some showing them lit up in the various "modes" etc
