any ideas?

randomly today in my dads is200 a cd randomly wouldnt eject, instead it ejected the other 2 cds that were in there and no the changer does recognise theres the cd in there although it stil plays it and you can hear it moving around if you load another one in
any ideas?

E-Tuning remap ongoing via Cobb Accessport; Braided brake lines; Stubby aerial; Tinted repeaters and sidelights; 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid; 3" HTP Intake
