After Gord's experiences with these guys, I wouldn't trust them to inflate my tyres!

Gord Well i came to take my rear wheels off , the last people to put them on was these cowboys, busted bent 2 wheel braces getting the nuts off :Bazza:

So they are a tyre shop who not only have no idea how to roll arches, but are also incapable of correctly torquing wheel nuts! Sound like real pros.

Do they wear large brimmed hats and turn up to work on horses?

if you correctly torc nuts the **** wheel wrench that u get wont remove them, if u try to remove after a run then basic physics comes to play (hot metal expands and contracts and can in some cases tighten more than the torc pressure), how is it one person has an issue then there cowboys but ive had no problems at all with them, or the drag racers or drifters etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

to roll arches they do warn you that the process can crack paint, and with that comment cannot be held liable, try an get a firm that will (cos u wont)

Well obviously they do not cause problems for every customer, or they would be out of business! I'm sure they have lots of happy customers. I can only comment on what I know about them, and I am afraid that is only what I hear from Gord, and of course that could all be down to one problematic member of staff. I'm sure he is well aware of the risks of arch rolling, but the fact is they did not reduce those risks by heating, even after promising that they would. That is not really acceptable, and he has every right to be mad/upset about that.

I have had a few problems with our local Powerflow place over the years, and would think twice before using them again, but many others are happy with them.

I was only having a joke, but you seem to be friends with them, and taking offence, so I will say no more, as it was never my intention to create tension with fellow members of OJC.

The damage could have been prevented if they had stuck to their word. (This cannot be proved, but is likely.) If I am correct, (please correct me if not) that is dishonest and unprofessional.

as in your own words it only saya reduce we did mine the same as gords and low an behold it cracked the paint on the lips even with heat, an imported is 200 has an arch that does not return on the back lip it stops with a sharp edge the same as a £50 thousand pound merc. the same happens now i do believe the marsdendean has used em too with no issues for quite a while.
