Only time ive used the hardshoulder is on the M6 round brum where they have signs telling you to sometimes during congestion, so legally it was fine, but not sure what they would do if theres an accident

01-07-2018, 01:31 AM #5Saw this last night, the guy needs a medal, too many people think they're above the law. I saw some woman in a beemer undertake someone on the hard shoulder once, what if someone had stopped there due to a breakdown, shocking way to drive!

There are parts of the M1 where you are driving on the hard shoulder for miles in roadworks and there is no emergency lane.. but there's no spectacle cameras in his video so definately doesn't look like this is it [/COLOR]
