cared: I couldnt believe it, I had a panic attack, stopped started the engine again and nothing.Checkked all fuses and they were all fine.
Then I fiddles with the live wires, swapped the yellow and red wires around and then it worked! Problem is I have no memory because of this, and ive notices my front speakers arent working anymore.
Do I have a faulty cable?

sounds like it could be did you check all the fuses related to the radio system in the foot wells as it kind of sounds like the main fuse for the radio circuit has gone
if it works when the red and yellow are swapped it does point towards a fuse...

yes there is ive checked it and its fine, all I did was swap the live wires around and it worked, it was yellow to yellow red to red, my stereo wouldnt come on in this mannor anymore, when I swapped it yellow to red and red to yellow then it worked but the front speakers arent working properly and I have no memory. Also my rear speakers are aftermarket and connected to an amp.
