Well looks like we will soon have a HUGE laser cutter at work in the next few weeks at work. Finally convinced them that we need one and rather than just get a normal size one they have sourced a monster!!!!!
The cutting bed is 1200 x 1600 mm so will soon be able to cut huge pieces of acrylic, wood, fabric, etc etc. I will be offering exclusive deals for 'Outlaws' so if anyone is after etched/precision cut pieces of acrylic for sound instals, house name plates, custom etched skateboards, personallised gifts then give me a shout. It can't cut metal but can cut acrylic, wood etc up to about 40mm thick.
Will soon have a website setup with all the options but if anyone wants to talk further about any custom pieces they would like cut/etched then feel free to contact me via PM.

The laser cutter was previously used for cutting out airplane kits, and i dont just mean model kits but actual planes that people build themselves.Will get some examples up of what is possible when we get the cutter

Could make a heel plate but don't know how long it will last being in a high traffic area?
