I have fitted the latest Carbon addition and I am 50/50 on how it looks..

i have mixed thoughts on the light covers and whether they should remain white as well....

Anyway, your thoughts would be appreciated and if your at Ace Cafe it can be seen in the flesh...

I really like the look of a carbon bonnet when they have the black roof like you have. I just think it needs the light covers to complete the front end

As I said when you showed me the pics before, it looks good, but would look better with carbon headlamp covers.

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

It's a nice touch and compliments the rest of the cars styling.
Do the recesses act as external vents to the coolant rad or are they for show?

I like it. I looked into one for mine but carbon didn't look too good on blue. Carbon on white is classic though. I wouldn't do the headlight covers if I were you, there are a lot of poorly fitting kits for that and you won't get the weave the same as in the bonnet.

Border Racing (the original designers of the bumper and bonnet) also have a radiator relocation kit which angles the top of the radiator forwards. You can then remove the cooling panel inside the car and it will allow the airflow through the bonnet vents to increase front downforce. MR2s have quite light front ends as normally all the air going through the radiator is forced downwards quite sharply, this aims to address that.

I would imagine on this one that the vents are closed off? Without the relocation kit and removing the panel they are useless and just function to allow rain water to pour through.

Like it, more then the arches!!

Watch for water building up in the front vent mouldings.
