Right made a start on fitting my supercharger today. Got the cradle on and bolted the charger to it, put the pulley on but left the belt off for now. Fitted the linkage cable and called it a day. Put the origanal air box back on and put the air sensor back. Now just took it out and the engine light is on and the trc keeps flashing every few secs. Also if I floor it I loose all throttle control until I turn the car off and wait for a few secs then it works again. Need my car for work in the morning so could really do with some help

hi,

disconnect the cable from the throttle body end and try again. also check your connection to the temp sensor.

when does the fault light come on? as soon as you start car or after you have driven a bit?

disconnect the battery -ve lead to reset everything

OK then it sounds like the air temp sensor for the airbox, if in any doubt take the connector off and put it back on again.

remember you need to reset the ECU to remove the fault light, the light will not disappear straight away.

glad its sorted.... i have done it before so guessed thats what it would be.

for future there are some fuses to pull but TBH its just as quick to disconnect the battery for a few seconds.
