i have painted all my calipers last night and put the lexus decals on them but when i have re fitted i thought id flush the old fluid through and put new stuff in while they were off but the brakes are far to spongy now, and when the foot brake is applied i can still turn the rear wheels by hand,, if you pump the pedal a few times it hardens but when you release the pedal and leave it 30 seconds it goes all spongy again, any one got any ideas, iv tried bleeding them over and over but to no avail

Yep you need to bleed the air out from your brake system. You will need a friend to help you out

Start at the rear first. But clamp off both front flexi hose because all you will do is compress the trapped air and not get the fluid flowing properly.
Also easier if you have the engine running and let the servo take the work out of pumping.

Have tried both engine running and not running. Did right tee left rear front right front left the opposite. Can't see any bubbles at all coming out of any pipe just fluid

When you removed the calipers did you clamp any pipes or did you just let the fluid drain so that the reservoir was empty.
Clamp pipes on front and then the rear to establish when you get a hard pedal

Definitely have to have ignition on to make sure abs solonoids are free from air. Normally LR RF RR LF. I find it works better to pump a few times on pedal with bleed nipple closed, then open it while applying pressure on the pedal.
