Can anyone tell me how to remove the blower vent on the passenger side of the dash?

I have a funny feeling it's bolted on from behind. You might be able to get at it if you remove the glovebox, which is only 4 bolts.

I had a quick look earlier but glove box wouldnt come out so ill have a look another day. Cheers toxo
