Hi all
Wonder if anyone could help me out with this one?
My lex has developed a squeek from the drivers side front wheel area when i turn the wheel at slow speeds ie pulling away or parking thought it might of been the steering pump but it still squeeks when the engine is off anybody know what this is or how to cure it ???

sticky calliper posibly? does the wheel spin freely if you jack it up?

Not tried it yet will have to have a look tonight if it is sticky caliper how do i remidy this ?
is it just a case of removing the pads and slapping some copperslip on the back of em ?
this worked on my golf'ssqueeky brakes

you can get a refurb kit off ebay for about £30-£40, comes with all new rubbers and clips, then just take apart caliper clean all rusty bits off and rebuild, if you know how to take a caliper apart should only take about 30mins, heres a thread ormi kindly did for us, fingers crossed this solves it for you
